ATTENTION, please read this section carefully. Ignorance or failure to comply with the rules and requirements below may result in our negative decision. Please read this section carefully and follow our simple and necessary conditions.
A. Company registration certificate
Proof in any legal form must be provided that the company is duly registered. This document must be issued by a government agency and contain the full name of the company, number and date of registration.
B. Company Incumbency Letter
This document must contain, at a minimum, information about the company: a) names of persons authorized to sign on behalf of the company, b) full name of the company, c) address of the company, d) confirmation that the company is in force, d) types of activities companies. This document must be dated no later than 6 months from the date of presentation.
C. Company Information Sheet
This document is provided in a free format, certified by the signature of the company’s responsible person and may contain any additional information about the company that the company considers necessary to disclose.
D. Letter from the bank
This letter is issued according to the format and rules established by your bank. This letter must confirm the existence of a current account for your company in this bank and confirm your financial capabilities.

A. It is necessary to submit an application (LOI) for the purchase of goods addressed to NIMEC LIMITED
This document is drawn up on behalf of the buyer’s company, on the company’s letterhead and certified by an authorized person. This document must contain, at a minimum, the following information: a) full and accurate name of the product in accordance with internationally accepted standards, b) special requirements for the product, c) required quantity, d) minimum shipment quantity, e) delivery terms in accordance with INCOTERMS requirements, f) terms of payment.
B. After successfully checking the company's documents and agreeing to supply the goods specified in the application (LOI), we send our supply proposal (FCO).
Our offer (FCO) will contain: a) full name and standard of the goods, b) specification in full, c) method of quality and quantity control, d) price, e) payment method, f) quantity of one batch and total quantity, g) type of contracting. Our offer (FCO) will be accompanied by documents on the quality of the goods, their availability or consent to production from the manufacturer, documents from our company.
C. After receiving our offer (FCO), the buyer company must send it back to us certified by the signature of an authorized person.
If for some reason our offer (FCO) is not suitable for the buyer company, then our offer (FCO) is signed with the caveat that such and such items require additional negotiations or a Letter of Disagreement is issued.
D. Once negotiations on transaction details have been completed and final approval has been received from the buyer's company, NIMEC requests a Laycan Window from the manufacturer and sends a copy to the buyer's company.
E. After all agreements with the manufacturer and the buyer company on the time of shipment (Laycan Window) and its complete details, NIMEC provides a contract for approval and signing.
F. After signing the contract, NIMEC issues an invoice for payment or issuance of the financial instrument.
Our company can provide additional services for the delivery of goods. These actions are carried out on the basis of a separate agreement, which stipulates all the details of transportation and its payment. The carrier company may request any additional documents, and only after they have been provided and all the carrier company’s conditions have been met, we will be able to begin delivering the goods. Both standard delivery options, specified in INCOTERMS, and specific ones, determined by the buyer company, are possible.
Our company, on the basis of a separate agreement, can help in obtaining financing for a transaction or an entire project for the buyer or customer’s company.
To consider the issue of providing financing, we need to receive: a) copies of the company's financial statements for the last two years certified by auditors, b) forms of debts and creditors for the last 12 months, c) financial statements for the last 12 months.
These documents are attached to the company documents and are the minimum requirements. The financial company may request additional information.
Our services must be paid separately. We begin work after all conditions have been fully agreed upon, the contract has been signed and we have been given the authority to agree on the terms of financing.
Any email or faxed documents (EDT) shall be subject to European Community Directive No.95/46/EC, as applicable. Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, OJ L 281, 23.11.1995, p. 31. This Directive shall apply to the processing of personal data wholly or partly by automatic means, and to the processing otherwise than by automatic meansof personal data which form part of a filing system or are intended to form part of a filing system.
All documents between as and other Parties are protected by UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures (2001) and It shall ELECTRONIC COMMERCE AGREEMENT (ECE/TRADE/257, Geneva, May 2000) adopted by the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT).
Our company allows the participation of intermediaries in transactions. With all individuals or organizations as intermediaries, it is possible to conclude an agreement on intermediary services with the subsequent payment of a commission. The commission is paid only after receiving payment from the buyer's company. The commission is paid only by transferring funds to the intermediary's bank account.
